Return Policy

This policy explains return and refund arrangements for purchases from alerivoa, operated by Sanhe Fengchi Dream Trading Co., Ltd.
If a purchase is unsuitable
You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery.
The period begins when the order is delivered, rather than when a gift is later opened. A timely request remains timely if our response arrives after the request period.
After receiving instructions, send the goods within 14 calendar days, unless another period is agreed or applicable law provides otherwise.
These arrangements do not reduce statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.
Condition of a change-of-mind return
Under our voluntary return offer, the gift box and its contents should be unused beyond reasonable inspection, unaltered, and complete.
Opening an outer package or presentation box to inspect the purchase does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.
Use beyond legally permitted inspection, customer-caused damage, or missing contents may affect voluntary eligibility or permit a lawful deduction. We will explain any proposed deduction.
Gift sets and individual contents
A gift set sold as one product should normally be returned with all supplied components for a full change-of-mind refund.
If one component is faulty, damaged, or missing, contact us. We will consider an appropriate remedy without automatically requiring the return of unrelated items.
We will not substitute contents or change a remedy without any agreement required by law.
Personalized or special-content products
A Christmas design alone does not make a product personalized.
Any legally permitted restriction for genuinely personalized goods, perishable items, or qualifying hygiene-sealed contents must be disclosed before purchase and apply only where the product and law justify it.
Such restrictions do not remove mandatory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
If something arrives wrong or damaged
Send your order number and a description to service@alerivoa.com.
Photographs may help where reasonably available. If the advertised presentation box is damaged, include that information as well as any damage to the contents.
We will assess replacement, repair where suitable, refund, or another appropriate remedy under applicable law.
Return destination: China
Our designated return warehouse is in China.
Contact support for the full address and instructions. The business address below is not automatically the return destination.
Instructions help identify and handle the parcel; prior authorization will not be used to remove statutory rights.
Postage and other fees
Customers pay postage for eligible change-of-mind returns to China. International shipping costs may be substantial, so obtain a carrier quote before sending.
For incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed goods, we cover reasonable necessary return costs or provide another suitable arrangement. Contact us before booking a carrier.
There is no restocking fee. A partial return does not trigger a retrospective outbound shipping charge merely because the retained order falls below US$39.
Refund timing and method
For eligible returned goods, inspection and refund processing are completed within 5–10 business days after receipt, subject to any earlier refund trigger or shorter deadline required by law.
If no return is required, we process the refund within 5–10 business days after approval, subject to applicable legal deadlines.
Refunds normally go to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
Original standard delivery charges are refunded where required by law. Optional upgrades are refunded where legally required or appropriate to the issue.
Gift recipients
A recipient may contact us for assistance, but refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. We will not disclose the purchaser’s payment or other private information without a lawful basis.
