What you are purchasing
The individual listing identifies the gift box, included contents, dimensions, and any available options.
Decorative props are not included unless expressly listed. We will not replace advertised contents with materially different items without any agreement required by law.
Review the suitability and instructions of each included item. A gift box is not automatically a toy, food hamper, cosmetic set, or other particular product type.
Personalization
Where offered, personalization applies only to the options described. Check names, spelling, and other submitted details before ordering.
If we reproduce an agreed personalization incorrectly, we will assess that as a product issue rather than automatically treating it as a customer change of mind.
Any lawful restriction on cancelling genuinely personalized goods must be disclosed before purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices, currency, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us appear before payment.
Qualifying merchandise orders of US$39 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees, receive free standard shipping.
For orders below US$39, the applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout. Optional paid extras require the agreement required by applicable law.
Order submission and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges that we received it. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, acceptance occurs when we send dispatch confirmation.
Payment, stock, and delivery information may require verification. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and promptly refund payments for the unfulfilled portion within applicable legal deadlines.
Material listing or pricing errors affecting an order will be explained rather than resolved by silently increasing the price.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact support promptly. We will try to assist before fulfillment or any disclosed personalization work progresses too far.
Approved ordinary cancellations carry no cancellation fee. After dispatch, a return may be necessary. Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Delivery for an occasion
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in standard transit.
A Christmas product does not by itself establish a guaranteed pre-Christmas arrival. Any expressly agreed essential delivery date and applicable law govern remedies if that date is missed.

Returns and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Our return warehouse is in China.
Customers pay postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable necessary return costs for incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed goods, or arrange another appropriate remedy.
Eligible returned-item refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt, including inspection, subject to any earlier trigger or shorter deadline required by law.

Legal protections
Nothing excludes mandatory guarantees, statutory remedies, product safety duties, or liability that cannot lawfully be restricted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
You retain access to competent courts and remedies available under mandatory law. This clause does not require every dispute to be brought exclusively in China.
The terms applicable to an order are determined at purchase, subject to law. Later updates do not retrospectively reduce accrued rights.
